To place an inquiry

1) Please fill the inquiry form provided below for spare part you want to place.
2) Fill all boxes requiring entries and click “Send.” When an “Inquiry entry confirmation window” opens, check if you have entered all required information correctly.
3) After you check your entries, click “Inquiry.” Then your inquiry entries will be transmitted to us.

Transmission of confirmation mail (from us)

1) When we receive the customer’s inquiry, an inquiry confirmation mail will be sent to the customer within 2 business days, please check its contents upon receipt. If you find any discrepancies to your (intended) inquiry entries, please advise us by mail or phone.
2) If no order confirmation mail arrives in 3 business days from your inquiry, there might have been a transmission error. Either place an inquiry again or make an inquiry to us by phone.
*Please note that we do not send a confirmation mail on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
